Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply them to business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Salary: 1100$
