Retail Sales Associate in Medina (English-speaking)


A well-established retail company in Medina is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As an English-speaking sales associate, you will assist customers with their purchasing needs, provide excellent service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
