Restaurant Manager
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Ahmadi. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience and that our business runs smoothly. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of staff, oversee inventory and ordering, manage budgets and finances, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, ordering, and finances
- Create schedules for staff and ensure all shifts are adequately covered
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Ensure food quality meets company standards and address any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Maintain compliance with health codes and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials that appeal to customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or similar position in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month.

Note:
Preference will be given to candidates with a biometric passport and experience in the Middle East. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
