Insurance Claims Adjuster


We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in the insurance industry and be familiar with the claims process. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and evaluate insurance claims for accuracy and coverage, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Analyze policy coverage and determine liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
