We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Moderator in Clairvaux, France. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content on various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels
- Review and analyze flagged content for inappropriate or harmful material
- Take necessary actions such as removing or blocking content, issuing warnings or bans to users, and escalating serious issues to the appropriate teams
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and guidelines to ensure consistent enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
- Provide regular reports on moderation activities and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Fluent in French (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Proven experience in moderating online content is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions when necessary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$, along with flexible working hours. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. We also provide free visa sponsorship for foreigners if needed.
