Moderator for Online Gaming Community



We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Moderator to join our online gaming community in Clairvaux. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and safe environment for our players. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all online activities within the gaming community, including forums, chats, and social media platforms
- Enforce community rules and guidelines to ensure a respectful and friendly atmosphere
- Respond to player inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful behavior to higher management
- Organize and host community events to engage players and promote positive interactions
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop new initiatives to improve the community experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or community manager in an online gaming environment
- Strong knowledge of different gaming platforms and communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player behaviors
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus benefits.

Location:
This position is based in Clairvaux but we welcome candidates from all nationalities. Accommodation will be provided.
