QA Engineer - Remote


We are a fast-growing software development company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and providing feedback to improve the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Work closely with the development team to understand new features and ensure proper testing coverage
- Provide proactive feedback on potential quality issues and suggest improvements in product functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- ISTQB or other software testing certification is a plus
