Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet clients' requirements and adhere to industry standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet clients' requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth project delivery
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to project teams
- Review project proposals and contracts to identify any potential issues or risks
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Remish. However, we welcome candidates from different nationalities who are willing to relocate.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Other Requirements:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa and work permit to work in Remish.
