Instrument Technician



Looking for a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair various instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues with equipment and make necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and diagrams to understand equipment specifications.
- Calibrate, test, and adjust instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Keep track of inventory levels for spare parts and order replacements as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while performing job duties.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician.
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles, control systems, and electrical circuits.
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibrators, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule if required.
