Administrative Support Specialist
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Our company in Jizan is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and seeking employment with visa sponsorship.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. Your main duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, and handling incoming calls and emails. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, handle data entry tasks, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, excellent time management skills, and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month with additional benefits such as health insurance and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
