Factory Machine Operator

As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a factory setting. You will work with a team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines in a factory setting.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that machines are properly maintained and cleaned.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
- Work with team members to meet production goals.
- Identify potential issues or malfunctions and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operation and production.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and mechanics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping.

Salary: 1200$ per month.

City: Nairobi, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates).

Employment Type: Contract (6 months - 1 year).

Experience: No previous experience required, training will be provided.
