Architectural Technologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize CAD software and other tools to draft accurate designs
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
