Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including commercial and residential buildings. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for various projects, from initial concept to final construction
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project process
- Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure they are met
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Prepare reports on project progress for clients, stakeholders, and senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to construction projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
