We are hiring a skilled Factory Line Worker to join our team in Split. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery on the production line, ensuring that products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a factory setting, be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, and have good attention to detail. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided, and we are open to candidates of any nationality who have their own valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to standard operating procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or products
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet daily production quotas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
