We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finisher to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on products and ensuring they meet quality standards. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer
- Apply paints, stains, or other finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Use tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, and sanders efficiently and safely
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of different types of finishing techniques and materials

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
