Architectural Technologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are a leading architectural firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are technically feasible and comply with all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Review construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in building materials, construction techniques, and design software.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
