Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Jerusalem. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate. This is an urgent job opportunity, so candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow all sanitation guidelines
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or Hebrew is considered an asset
