Pastry Chef (English Speaking) - Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an English-speaking role, so fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality desserts and pastries according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all products are consistently presented and served to the highest standard
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or kitchen staff
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry/Baking preferred
- Knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, and baking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1100 per month
