Contract Handyman for Home Repairs - Atlanta, USA

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to home repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general repairs as needed
- Inspect homes and identify any issues or areas that require repair or maintenance
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Purchase necessary materials and equipment for each project within budget constraints
- Provide estimates for projects and negotiate prices with clients
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (must be willing to travel within the city)
