Job Title: Contract Moderator - Los Angeles


We are currently seeking a Contract Moderator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and communities, ensuring they follow our company's guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and communities to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues as needed
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement community policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools
- Knowledge of internet safety regulations and content moderation practices
- Experience in moderating online discussions or communities is a plus
