Sales Manager for Indian Market
We are a fast-growing company in the technology industry, based in Akron. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales efforts in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian market and culture, as well as experience in sales and business development. This role will require frequent travel to India to develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the Indian market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Indian market, including cultural nuances and business practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to India for business purposes
Salary: $1000 per month plus commission on sales.
Location: Akron, Ohio (candidates from other locations will also be considered)
