Job Title: Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will use your creative eye and knowledge of different types of flowers to design arrangements that meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and budget
- Design floral arrangements based on client preferences and event theme
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and decorations for each arrangement
- Prepare materials and tools needed for arranging such as vases, ribbons, and wire
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner while considering color combinations and balance
- Ensure timely delivery of completed arrangements to clients or event venues
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new materials as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role preferred
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent design skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
