We are in search of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land areas for various construction and development projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate and efficient planning and development.
- Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage surveying equipment inventory and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is a plus.
- Experience with topographic and boundary surveys.
- Familiarity with local zoning laws and regulations.
