Construction Project Manager (Nepali Speaking) in Remish


We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Remish. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. You must have experience in the construction industry and be able to communicate effectively in Nepali.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to clients and management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Fluent in Nepali (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Remish
