Project Manager - Infrastructure Development



Our company in Moscow is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of infrastructure projects in the city. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders involved in the project
- Monitor progress of the project to ensure it stays on track and on budget
- Identify any potential issues or risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project resources effectively
- Communicate project updates to all relevant parties
- Ensure that all legal requirements are met during the project
- Evaluate and report on project performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure development projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Fluency in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
