Industrial Architect - Acre, Israel

As an Industrial Architect at our firm in Acre, Israel, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main duties will include creating building plans and specifications, managing construction teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in industrial design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is also required. Candidates with a Master's degree or additional certifications will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop building plans and specifications for industrial projects
- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans
- Manage construction team members including engineers, contractors, and laborers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial design or construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
