Registered Nurse - Kaunas, Lithuania


As a Registered Nurse in Kaunas, Lithuania, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical assessments and documenting patient medical history
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures and providing emotional support to patients
- Educating patients on self-care techniques and disease management
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans for patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhering to infection control policies and maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Lithuania or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Lithuanian is also preferred)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, medications, and equipment used in patient care

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
