Land Surveyor


We are a land surveying company based in Eldoret and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important data for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Record measurements, data, and other relevant information
- Analyze survey data to create maps and reports
- Prepare legal documents related to property boundaries and land ownership
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey work
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage equipment maintenance and calibration
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software for creating maps and reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Eldoret. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Eldoret or willing to relocate at their own expense.
