We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's network and computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and security. The ideal candidate will have experience in network administration, troubleshooting skills, and strong knowledge of operating systems and network protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls.
- Monitor network performance for any issues or anomalies.
- Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolution.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Maintain backup systems to prevent data loss.
- Install software updates and patches on servers and workstations.
- Create user accounts, manage access permissions, and monitor system usage.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan for future upgrades or expansions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Windows Server environment (Active Directory, Group Policy).
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to analyze complex issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
