We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer network and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues and implementing solutions to improve network performance. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor the company's computer network
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that arise
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data
- Ensure the smooth operation of all systems, servers, and software
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Train staff on proper use of technology resources
- Create backup plans in case of system failures
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (e.g. Windows Server)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
