Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Multan. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining store standards. This is a part-time position suitable for those without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and cleaning as needed
- Meet sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
