We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of sales strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to upper management
- Monitor competitor activities and make necessary changes to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (minimum of 3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Solid knowledge of market trends, competitors, products/services, and pricing strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month (based on experience and performance).
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available to work 20 hours per week.
