Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and finalize designs
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Develop 3D models using BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any design or construction issues
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within set parameters
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other drafting/BIM software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings/models
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a team of professionals
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for international travel
Salary:
Salary for this position is $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Nationality or location preference is not strict but must have a valid work permit for Pakistan.
