Architectural Technologist



Architectural Technologists play a crucial role in the design and construction of buildings. They work closely with architects and engineers to bring their designs to life, working on both residential and commercial projects. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring that all building regulations are met, and overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all building regulations and codes are met
- Research materials and products to be used in construction
- Oversee the construction process, including site visits and meetings with contractors
- Review project budgets and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, materials, and building methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
