Industrial Architect (Part-Time)


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Lahore. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, ensuring that they meet functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements. This position is suitable for men who have experience in the field of architecture and are looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather information for design development
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients or project managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Architect, preferably in the city of Lahore
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on experience)
