Office Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in an office setting. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, including filing, scanning, and labeling
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintain office supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an office environment or as an administrative assistant
- Familiarity with biometric passport procedures
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Note: This job is open to Indian nationals living in Doha. Candidates with biometric passports will be given preference.
