Office Assistant

We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position suitable for students or individuals looking for entry-level work.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (no other language required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior office experience is not required but considered a plus
