Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Jizan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions from customers
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
