Merchandiser Assistant - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are in need of a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will assist the Merchandiser in planning, executing and monitoring product placement and displays to attract customers and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to promote our products
- Collaborate with the Merchandiser to plan and execute product displays that align with company standards and goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs or concerns to the Merchandiser
- Help maintain visual appeal of store displays by restocking, organizing and arranging products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing and signage
- Assist with setting up special promotions or seasonal displays
- Keep track of sales data and provide reports to the Merchandiser for analysis
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation for successful merchandising

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for visual appearance
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Salary: $1000 per month (with accommodation provided)
