Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our building projects in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is performed according to plans
- Provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
