Senior Architect - Atlanta, USA
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, USA. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process of various architectural projects, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design ideas that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide on-site support when needed
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Research new materials, technologies, and building methods to incorporate into designs
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations in the USA is required; experience working on projects in Atlanta is preferred
Compensation:
