Quality Assurance Engineer

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your duties will include writing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and enhancements
- Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Automate tests using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Conduct regression testing to ensure no new bugs have been introduced
- Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Continuously improve the QA process through feedback and analysis
