Merchandiser - Mombasa, Kenya

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display and promotion of products
- Negotiate with store managers for optimal placement and visibility of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team on restocking needs
- Collaborate with marketing team on creating effective product displays and promotions
- Train store employees on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Keep track of competitor's products and promotions in the market

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and competition preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This position is located in Mombasa, Kenya.
