IT Support Specialist


We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Eschen. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients regarding their computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable in computer systems and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Eschen.

Please note:
This job is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance. No prior work experience is required as training will be provided. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for employees outside of Eschen.
