We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eschen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining our computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software applications
- Keep track of all support activities in a detailed log for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role (1+ years)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
