Job Title: Architectural Designer


We are searching for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Triesen and bring their expertise to our projects. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans, using your creative skills and technical knowledge. You will collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet all requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and design principles. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs that meet clients' needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project locations and gather necessary information
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, construction materials, and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Triesen or similar locations
