German tutor vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

German Language Tutor

As a German Language Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching German language skills to students of all ages. You will create lesson plans, provide instruction, and assess student progress. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching German as a second language, be fluent in both English and German, and have a passion for helping others learn. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. As the job is located in Al-Khor, candidates must be willing to relocate and must have prior experience living in the region. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials for students of various levels and ages
- Teach students reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in German
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and resources
- Stay up-to-date on current language teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and German
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching German as a second language
- Experience working with students of various ages from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively within a team
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Khor
