Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the organization and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve administrative efficiency
- Manage budgets and financial plans for administrative operations
- Liaise with other departments to ensure coordination of administrative functions
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements
- Plan and coordinate organizational events and meetings
- Act as a point of contact between the organization and external clients or partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Proven experience in budget management and financial planning
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Nepali nationality preferred
