Head Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen team in St. Petersburg. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menu offerings that showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. You will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. You should have a deep understanding of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients. Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes is highly valued.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring their training and development to maintain high-quality standards. Strong leadership skills are essential in order to effectively communicate with your team and maintain a positive working environment.
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket for relocation to St. Petersburg. Fluency in English is not required but considered a plus.
