Job Title: Floral Designer


We are a boutique florist shop located in the vibrant city of Ashdod. We are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is required.

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful and unique floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Design and create floral arrangements using various types of flowers, greenery, and decorative items
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring fresh and high-quality products are always available
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their orders and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we provide ongoing training opportunities to further develop your skills as a Floral Designer.
